Reflect Counseling Services currently accepts Lyra Health insurance. For all other insurances, Jessica will be an out-of-network provider but she can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. 

 

As of August 2024:

 

The fee for a standard counseling session is $200.

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.

There will be a $100 fee for appointments canceled outside of this time frame.

Prior to your first appointment, please print out the the appropriate Intake packet below in addition to the Informed Consent to Services (found above) and the HIPAA Privacy Rules. This will save us time on paperwork.
